Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching is one of the fastest and most effective ways to build sustainable change in people and organizations. Silke’s collaborative process helps clients develop the clarity and courage needed to grow and achieve their goals. Silke and her clients co-create a space where her clients can show up as the leaders they truly are, with all their struggles, confusion, magnificence and power. From there they develop priorities and action steps that enable the client to become the leader they want and need to be.
During this journey clients increase their self-awareness and develop competencies that may include:

Coaching Engagements
Coaching engagements are customized to meet the needs of each client. A typical engagement is six months or longer and includes the following four phases:
Phase 1 - Introduction: Clarify the scope and format of the coaching, the client’s challenges and opportunities, and any special considerations. Agree on assessment tools to be used and the client’s supervisor’s involvement in the coaching process.
Phase 2 - Discovery and Goal Setting: Conduct in-depth discovery session and assessments, finalize goals and development.
Phase 3 - Growth and Development: Ongoing bi-weekly coaching sessions. The client applies strategies and tools in pursuit of the coaching goals and reflects on their learning.
Phase 4 - Transition: Review key learning and behavioral and mindset shifts. Discuss strategies to sustain and deepen the learning.
